Indian Flavour, formerly in the Atrium on Bay, is moving. I edited the original post to reflect this change. The restaurant will be re-opening at 958 Bay Street at the end of February.

a lot of indian food uses a spice called hing - or asafoetida. most of it uses wheat flour as a binder (it is just a resin). Anyone know where to buy this spice in a gluten free format?
