Hi everyone!

I am gluten free, and my hubby is also (celiac).
Since I have actually cut wheat out of my diet I find myself with so much more energy- enough for me, and in turn makes me that much more in tune with food choices I make.

More and more I find that there are better choices, gastronomicly delicious choices that I discover, and would not have thought about, were it not for my awareness. I have worked in many restaurants and find no reason why we should not enjoy these culinary delights at home, with a few adjustments...!

I look forward to posting about great finds (GF breads and products), great recipes( that are adjusted food favorites to suit our GF lifestyle) and great links ( of which there are many).

On we go, gluten free!!
