Yes, more on my obsession with bread!
If anyone is still searching for a great GF sandwich bread, this is it. Called " Jennifer's Original", it holds up, and is not grainy/crumbly at all! It tastes just like French Bread, with White rice flour and Tapioca starch the first two ingredients.
It is available at The Big Carrot, and I believe it is delivered daily.

I agree. It says that it is "made with gluten free ingredients" but I had no trouble with it.

I actually called and talked to the owner- I wanted to know if they had plans to make buns (wouldn't that be great??), but alas, they can barely keep up with demand for the bread!!

I was diagnosed in 1998, and have tried lots of GF breads. This one is definitely the best I've had yet! Kinda pricey at almost $8 a loaf, but well-worth every penny!

We use kinnikinnick english muffins as sandwich and burger buns. They are lighter and fluffier than most GF breads and buns, and hold together very well.
