Just discovered a new gluten-free bakery in Oakville.  It's been open 5 months and apparently not done any advertising yet - I stumbled upon it by accident this morning!  It's a small bakery with only a couple of kinds of bread made every day plus a range of sweet treats.  I bought some multi-grain bread today and had a delicious sandwich for lunch - I'd definitely buy it again.  I may also be going back on Friday as this seems to be the day they make pizza crusts and I still haven't found any pizza that I like (any suggestions anyone?)

Their website is:  http://www.voilaglutenfreebakeree.com/

Organic Garage in Oakville has great pizza crusts. Sticklings Organic White Rice Crust is the best!

I have had some issues with Voila Gluten Free Bakeree in Oakville. While their products are very tasty, I have unfortunately suffered Celiac symptoms on several occasions. I recently discovered that the flours they use do not all come from certified GF sources. If you are highly allergic, it is not worth the risk to purchase their products.

I am the owner of Voila GF Bakeree my name is John Richer and I would like to state that ALL of our flours are certified Organic and Gluten-free.
I am not sure how you would discover or know any other way than if we told or showed you, And to post an lie like that under an anonymous ID shows me that you are a coward to reveal yourself.
We have never had anyone complain or get sick from our products + my wife is Celiac I am sure she would be sick everyday.
Keep you lies to yourself, cowardly one.
