I wanted to share a note about a cookbook I received as a gift that I love!

"The Gluten-Free Kitchen: Over 135 Delicious Recipes For People With Gluten Intolerance Or Wheat Allergy"
by Roben Ryberg

A cookbook for the celiac who has mastered the basics (meat and potatoes) but miss "bread" like items and desserts. All recipes are super easy, use starches in lieu of non-wheat based flours and turn out amazing. I have served many items from here to my non-celiac friends and they can't tell the difference. The chocolate cake is delicious!
